REQUIEM AETERNAM Completes Music For Third Album
February 5, 2008Melodic black metal band REQUIEM AETERNAM — originally from Uruguay but most recently based in Tampa Bay, Florida — has issued the following update:
"After a year of hard work Jose Romero (vocals/guitar) has completed the music for the upcoming third full-length album of REQUIEM AETERNAM. It just remains to finish some details to have the material ready to be recorded. Such an outcome consists of eight full tracks plus two short instrumentals (all inspired by 10 different classical composers). During the next months this material will be polished and pre-produced and have the lyrics included. On the other hand, Romero's second book, 'Destiny-Man', will start being edited very soon, work which will be the main lyrical resource for the new album."
REQUIEM AETERNAM's latest album, "Philosopher", was released in North America in December 2004 via ICorp. "Philosopher" was recorded at Big Blue Meenie studios and features a guest appearance by drummer Alex Hernández (IMMOLATION).
